What is Blacklist Vapes?
Blacklist Vapes is an authorized seller for RELX, SNOWPLUS, YOOZ and MOTI products ensuring to deliver authentic devices and pods to its customers.
What is your delivery fee?
All shipping fees vary per location and is dictated on the check-out page. Alternatively, you may pick-up your order personally to void shipping all together.
Where can you deliver to?
As of now, we can cater to orders within Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Bacoor, Imus, Makati, Manila, Pasay, Taguig, Pateros, Quezon City and Marikina. We are currently working on more locations soon to be available.
Can I cancel my order once placed?
We can offer a free cancellation within 3 hours from when your order has been placed. Orders placed more than 3 hours ago can no longer be cancelled.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders will be delivered 1-2 working days after confirmation.
My device/pod isn't working.
Contact our support firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send the defective device/pod back to the supplier for testing and if the damage falls under our warranty policy, we will send you a free replacement. (Process can take between 2-4 weeks).
Are you open 24/7?
All orders will be processed everyday at 9:00am.
What if I, or my representative, fail to receive my order/s?
In the event that nobody is able to receive the item/s, we reserve the right to cancel your order/s. Consequently, we will charge you with double the shipping fee as a "No-Show Fee"
I placed the wrong details/I want to change the details on the order I placed.
